Country / Region Pavilion Exhibitor |
In the Country & Region Zone, the majority of exhibitors
at FOODEX JAPAN take part within the pavilion of their country /
region. Specific regulations for your country depend on the Pavilion
Organiser in charge.
It is recommended that all potential exhibitors contact their Pavilion
Organiser directly first to find out about further benefits of exhibiting
in this way. |

is represented at FOODEX JAPAN. |

| Booth fees, application deadline, cancellation fee and cancellation
deadline differ depending on the Pavilion Organiser. Please contact
them directly for detailed information. |
Individual Exhibitor |
| If there is no Pavilion Organiser for your country / region or
you would prefer to exhibit individually (outside a Pavilion), the
Secretariat may accept your application directly. Please read Booth
Fee for the costs to participate. |

| As a matter of organisation policy, JMA is unable to provide
letters of invitation to any exhibitor or visitor for visa
application purposes. All exhibitors and visitors must arrange
their own visas for travel to Japan. Please contact your nearest
Japanese Consulate for further advice. |
